Golf is the most popular sport among Us Presidents. In the last 75 years, it has been observed that almost all Presidents have hit links at some or the other time. According to the Americans some are reported to be better than others, some are crazy after this game, while some of them want to avoid playing Golf. 1. Woodrow Wilson:-

   He is the 28th President of the US, who holds the record of completing most rounds of golf during a Presidency. His golfing career which came to an end by a stroke includes 1200 rounds of golf being played. Wilson believed that the best way to escape from the stress and pressure of the presidency was golf. It has been found that he used to play golf during uncertain and historical times. It’s a real fact that he played a round with his wife on the day he declared war with Germany.

2. Dwight Eisenhower:-

   He is one of the people in Golf history who did more than anybody for this game but received very little in return. His contribution in growing Golf made him inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame. He is the only President who is responsible for installing a green light at the White House.

   Eisenhower started playing Golf at the age of 35. And within his first year of playing to cover the last time, he broke eighty, which means that he accomplished himself among his celebrated friends. His early golfing days coincided with the prime years of Arnold Palmer, when he made numerous trips to Augusta National. This combination of Eisenhower and Arnold made this game popular among Americans once again. Golf became everybody’s game instead of being limited to a rich man’s sport. It is believed that Dwight played 800 rounds of golf, during his 8 years of Presidency.

3. John F Kennedy:-

   He was the 35th President not known for the number of rounds played but instead for the high golf swing. Despite having a bad back Kennedy had an excellent swing and he played Golf for Harvard. Some old footage shows how he used the basics to protect his back during a swing. To be looked at as a people’s President and not a rich man, he did not play golf during his Presidency. He could have been a single-digit handicapper if he had a better back and time to play Golf.

4. Barack Obama and Donald Trump:-

   Both politically and on the links, there are a variety of comparisons between these two Presidents.

   Obama is criticized by Donald Trump for playing Golf during his time in office. Trump has a better track of Obama’s Golf playing but it is very difficult to tell if he played complete rounds of golf. It is assumed that he played 333 times during his years as a President.

   Trump is the owner of many golf courses and keeps visiting his property very often. But it’s too hard to find out that he always plays a round. There is no doubt about it that Trump loves golf a lot and uses this game to conduct business on the golf course. It’s true for many golfers as a lot of business deals take place on the golf course.
